Take/Make the Time is written for 3 groups of performers that are split up according to their range: High, Middle, and Low.  A set of notes are then given to each group and there are told how to play them, but the length, timing, and choice of note is left to the performer.  The thought behind the piece is that interesting and unique chords will aride and bleed into one another.
